TCB is the unification of three companies - P&D Consultants, Turner Collie & Braden, and SURVCON under the TCB and AECOM family banner.
Through leveraging our combined strengths, TCB can provide its regional markets with our collective expertise in a broad range of services, not withstanding the full depth and breath of resources within AECOM - a global company, providing design and management services in the transportation, facilities and environmental markets through a family of operating companies.
P&D's core practice areas of Urban Planning and Environmental Services, Community Infrastructure and Government Services will be expanded through this unification, and as an added benefit, we will be providing our clients with enhanced geographic presence and more extensive planning, engineering and environmental resources.
